Ministry of Lands, Natural Researchs and Environmental Protection - Zambia 3 year project designing, developing, implementing and analyzing a 3 tier land administration system with centralized system administration functionality and real time remote transaction processing including GIS component, accounting and billing module, electronic document management (DMS & Case Flow) and reporting tool. 1 year project implementing a Contract Management System and dashboard. Our team leader managed the implementation of the CMS and lead the change management process in the organisation
