Sanlam Life Insurance - Zambia1 year Document Management System Project which involved the initiation of a scanning and indexing center as well as the development of search capabilitie for all users involved

Ministry of Lands, Natural Researchs and Environmental Protection - Zambia
3 year project designing, developing, implementing and analyzing a 3 tier land administration system with centralized system administration functionality and real time remote transaction processing including GIS component, accounting and billing module, electronic document management (DMS & Case Flow) and reporting tool.
1 year project implementing a Contract Management System and dashboard. Our team leader managed the implementation of the CMS and lead the change management process in the organisation
